- Operation, control, and monitoring of production facilities
- Equipping and adjusting the machines

- Troubleshooting minor issues and assisting with maintenance work

- Experience as a machine operator or in a production facility
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- Willingness to work shifts
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Physical resilience and ability to work in a team
- German for internal communication
- Class B driver's license
