Your tasks
- Professional Slaughter and Dismantling of cattle and pigs
- Precise Decomposition and Cutting of meat parts for further processing
- Preparation of Meat Parts for Production and Further Processing
- Compliance with Hygiene, Quality, and Safety Standards
- General activities in the slaughtering and butchering area
- Collaborating with colleagues for a smooth production process
Working hours
- 3-layer model
Your profile
- Completed training as a Butcher (LAP)
- Professional experience in battle and dismemberment
- Very good expertise in meat cutting
- Independent, precise, and hygiene-conscious working method
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- German for internal communication
- Driver's license class B with your own car
