From the very beginning, HOGO has recorded continuous growth, exceeding the industry average year after year. Even during economically challenging times, the company demonstrated stability and foresight. The group grew steadily and sustainably until the COVID-19 pandemic. Since 2022, a slight market cooling has been noticeable, as in the entire industry. Nevertheless, the decline at HOGO is significantly more moderate than the industry average. For 2026, development is already clearly trending upwards again. The first two months of the year confirm the positive trend and suggest renewed growth.

Digitalization as the next milestone
For HOGO, stagnation has never been an option. Therefore, the company is currently working intensively on its own HOGO app, which is scheduled to go live in spring 2026. The goal is to make matching employees with open positions even faster, more precise, and more efficient. The app will digitally support the entire placement process, partly using AI-based functions to match requirements and qualifications more accurately. This strengthens HOGO's clear USP: speed.
