Your tasks
- Planning, coordination, and management of daily delivery routes
- Optimization of tours and vehicle capacity utilization
- Continuous monitoring of deliveries
- Contact person for our delivery drivers with questions and problems
- Communication with customers, partners, and internal departments
- Monitoring of delivery times, tour schedules, and performance data
- Support in daily operational and personnel planning
Your profile
- Experience in dispatching, transport, or logistics required
- Organizational talent and strong communication skills
- Stress resistance and the ability to always keep track of things
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Assertiveness and sense of responsibility
- Good IT skills
- Written and spoken German
- Driving license B with own car
