For a renowned company in 4616 Weißkirchen an der Traun we are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual as Team Lead – Order Picking.
Your tasks
- Functional leadership and coordination of the order picking team in day-to-day operations
- Planning and management of demand-driven personnel deployment in close coordination with the department head and fellow team leaders
- Ensuring on-time, high-quality, and efficient order processing
- Responsibility for the correct compilation of items and quantities during order picking
- Coordination and prioritization of ongoing orders to ensure smooth operations
- First point of contact for technical and operational issues within the team
- Onboarding, guidance, and support of new employees
- Participation in the continuous optimization of workflows and processes
Your profile
- Several years of experience in the logistics sector, ideally in order picking
- Initial management experience as well as experience in the functional guidance of employees
- Secure handling of MS Office applications (Windows 365)
- Forklift license with relevant practical experience
- Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- High reliability, accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility
- Resilience and confident action even in stressful situations
- Strong communication skills and teamwork
- German for internal communication
- Driving license B with own car
