Your tasks
- Slaughter of Beef, pork, veal, and lamb
- Professional breakdown and processing of meat parts
- Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations
- Careful handling of tools and work equipment
- Teamwork in production
Working hours
- Monday - Thursday:
05:00 - approx. 15:30 - Friday
05:00 – approx. 10:00 AM - Slaughter days:
Tuesday and Thursday – On the remaining days, it is mainly Decomposition and processing.
Your profile
- Completed Training as a butcher
- Work experience in slaughtering and butchering advantageous
- Experience with Beef, pork, veal, and lamb
- High degree of craftsmanship and accuracy
- Independent and reliable way of working
- Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
- German for internal communication
- Driving license B with own car
