For an established company at the location 1110 Vienna are we looking for a dedicated Building services technician for the care and assurance of smooth building operations.
Your tasks
- Monitoring of the Building automation as well as handling of malfunctions and organization of maintenance in cooperation with external service providers
- Implementation of Control and maintenance work in the fields of heating, air conditioning, and ventilation technology
- Supervision and control over Fire protection and sprinkler systems
- Organization of Waste management as well as supervision of cleaning work
- Care of Care and maintenance of all outdoor facilities
- Servicing the Meeting rooms including regular inspection rounds
- Procurement and management of Consumer goods like cleaning supplies, sanitary materials, paper, or drinks
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the area Electrical Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in the field of building services engineering
- MS Office skills
- Technical understanding and structured work approach
- Independence, reliability, and organizational skills
- German for internal communication

Your salaryThe gross wage according to the collective agreement is €17.66 per hour. Depending on qualifications and experience Overpayment is of course possible.
