Your tasks
- Preparation of à la carte dishes and Evening Menus according to formulation and quality standards
- Preparation and Organization of the kitchen area
- Food control and storage
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
- Assistance with merchandise ordering
- Support the head chef in leading the kitchen team
- Organization and coordination of kitchen operations
Working hours
- from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM & 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM / 9:00 PM
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook
- Relevant Professional experience in the gastronomy industry
- Passion for good food and clean work
- Independent and structured way of working
- Resilience and teamwork
- Readiness for weekend and holiday services
- German for internal communication
- Driving license B with own car
