Accountant with BMD specialization (Full-time/Part-time possible) | 4020 Linz

For a growing company in 4020 Linz, we are looking for a dedicated individual in accounting with a focus on BMD, who works in a structured manner and enjoys taking on responsibility.

Your tasks

• After the onboarding phase: Execution of billing (outgoing invoices) in coordination with management
• Digital processing and control of all incoming invoices in accordance with legal requirements
• Control activities for the correct accounting implementation of monthly bookkeeping in BMD (including interfaces between CRM, ERP, and financial accounting)
• Performing UID checks on customers and suppliers (automated and manual for third countries)
• Ongoing account and balance reconciliations as part of month-end closings
• Preparation of monthly documents for the external tax advisor
• Assistance in preparing annual financial statements in collaboration with management and tax advisors
• Assistance with claims management and debt collection
• Takeover of selected tasks in the area of cost accounting
• Administration and further development of BMD software (NTCS)
• Documentation and optimization of accounting processes
• Implementation of new tools
• Support with purchasing as well as travel planning and booking.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience (at least 3 years) in accounting or with a tax advisory firm
• Knowledge of BMD NTCS (especially CRM, WWS, and FIBU)
• Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., HAK), accounting exam 
• Relevant further training in accounting/BMD desirable
• High affinity for numbers as well as a structured and accurate way of working
• Analytical thinking skills and understanding of economic contexts
• Secure Handling of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Teamwork, strong communication skills, and a solution-oriented approach
• Proactiveness and an interest in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Written and spoken German 
• Class B driver's license

Your salaryThe gross wage according to the collective agreement is €3,200.00 per month. Depending on qualifications and experience Overpayment is of course possible.
