Your tasks
- Scheduling and coordination of workshop orders
- Telephone, written and personal support for customers
- Active sale of additional services (e.g. mobility warranty, air conditioning disinfection, etc.)
- Assessment and evaluation of bodywork and paint damage in terms of cost and repair time
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service quality
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial training (experience in the automotive sector is required for commercial training)
- Professional experience as a specialist consultant or service consultant is an advantage
- Experience in direct customer contact
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as sales talent
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- PC user skills (Microsoft Office, ideally also Motion Data and Google Drive)
- Written and spoken German

Your salary
The gross wage according to the collective agreement is € 2,195.00 per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours).
