Your tasks
- Answering telephone inquiries (pharmacies, doctors' surgeries and hospitals)
- Processing and handling of
- Purchase orders in the SAP tool
- Processing complaints, including dunning and issuing credit notes
- Implementation of master data maintenance in our systems
- Competent advice and support for our customers in all matters
Your profile
- Completed Commercial training or preferably a Apprenticeship as a PKA (Pharmaceutical-commercial employee) or Druggist:in
- Interest in the health sector and an affinity for pharmaceutical products
- MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- SAP knowledge advantageous
- Enjoy telephoning and direct customer contact
- Flexibility, resilience and solution orientation are your strengths
- Written and spoken German

Your salary
The gross wage according to the collective agreement is € 2,350.00 per month on a full-time basis (38.5 hours).
