- Operation, setup and programming of CNC lathes (especially with Siemens control)
- Production of precise parts and components according to technical drawings
- Carrying out quality controls and dimensional checks on the manufactured parts
- Monitoring the production process and rectifying faults on the machines
- Optimization of machine parameters for efficient production
- Maintenance and servicing of CNC lathes
- Documentation of production processes and workflows
- Collaboration with other departments to achieve production targets
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a machining technician, CNC lathe operator or in a related profession
- Sound experience in CNC turning, ideally with a Siemens control system
- Very good knowledge of programming and setting up CNC machines
- Experience in the production of high-precision components according to drawings
- High quality awareness and technical understanding
- Independent, responsible and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team as well as high flexibility and commitment
- Willingness to work in 3-shift operation
- Independent, precise and reliable way of working
- German for internal communication
The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience and we will determine this together with you. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 20.05 gross/hour plus statutory bonuses.
