What you bring with you
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im technischen, handwerklichen oder kaufmännischen Bereich von Vorteil – gerne auch Quereinsteiger
- Relevant experience in the personnel services industry an advantage
- Gute Kontakte zur Wirtschaft – ein aktives B2B-Netzwerk
- Pragmatischen und unkomplizierten Umgang – intern wie extern – mit Lösungsorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und hohem Engagement
- Convincing and competent appearance
- Commercial understanding, negotiating and sales skills
Das tatsächliche Monatsgehalt richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung und wir legen dieses gemeinsam mit Ihnen fest. Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 1.900,00 brutto/Monat plus Provisionen.
