- The senior healthcare and nursing service is responsible for the direct and indirect care of people. This includes
- Qualified healthcare and nursing staff contribute to the promotion and maintenance of health, to support the healing process, to alleviate and overcome health impairments and to maintain the highest possible quality of life from a nursing perspective on the basis of scientific findings through health-promoting, preventive, rehabilitative and palliative skills.
- As part of medical diagnostics and therapy, members of the qualified healthcare and nursing staff carry out the measures and activities assigned to them by doctors.
- As part of interprofessional collaboration, healthcare and nursing professionals contribute to maintaining continuity of treatment. Qualified healthcare and nursing staff develop, organize and implement nursing strategies, concepts and programmes to strengthen health literacy
YOUR PROFILE
- General or psychiatric health and nursing diploma or equivalent recognized foreign training
- Entry in the register of healthcare professionals
- Willingness to cooperate, learn and be flexible
- Willingness to work an irregular rota with weekend, public holiday and night shifts
- Willingness for further training
- Understanding in dealing with older people and their relatives
- Readiness to complete Module 1 according to the Upper Austrian Service Training System GDG 2002
The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience and we will determine this together with you. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 3,830.47 gross/month plus statutory bonuses.
