Job description

YOUR TASKS
  • Assumption of tasks for the European subsidiary in France
  • Booking of incoming payments and clarification of outstanding items
  • Calculation of the year-end bonus and administration of receivables management
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements incl. bank reconciliations
  • Processing customer and supplier inquiries
  • Checking and posting invoices and maintaining master data
  • Preparation of tax returns and support with audits
  • Processing travel and expense reports
  • Cooperation with the international sales team
 
YOUR PROFL
  • Good knowledge of English and German
  • One to three years of professional experience in accounting
  • Accountant exam an advantage
  • Experience with SAP an advantage
  • Confident with Excel and MS Office
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn
 
The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience and we will determine this together with you. The collectively agreed minimum salary for this position is € 46,614.68/year.
