- Optimizing the use of resources to increase efficiency
- Planning, implementation and monitoring of fertilization and cleaning measures
- Monitoring and adjusting the settings in the climate computer
- Ensuring compliance with all requirements of the management system
- Management and maintenance of process-relevant documentation and lists
- Ongoing review of product quality and work processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training in the field of horticulture (BOKU, master gardener)
- Professional experience as a gardener (preferably in greenhouses)
- Good PC skills
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work in a team and polite demeanor
- High degree of flexibility, resilience, commitment and reliability
- Good written and spoken German
- Driving license B with own car
The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience and we will determine this together with you. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 17.11 gross/hour plus statutory bonuses.
