Phips started 2007 his career at HOGO. At that time, he was placed with Kellner & Kunz, where he worked as an order picker until 2011. During this time, he impressed with his reliability, his high level of commitment and his conscientious and speedy way of working.

In the year 2011 he moved internally to our office and was an integral part of our team from this point on. He took on tasks in the areas of sales and accommodation as well as other organizational activities. He quickly familiarized himself with the new tasks and soon became a valuable support for the entire team.

From 2014 he took over the management of the accommodation department. In this responsible role, he was in charge of organizing, managing and optimizing our employee accommodation. Even in stressful phases, he always maintained an overview and demonstrated excellent organizational skills.

He is a loyal, committed and collegial employee who is highly valued by all colleagues. His contribution has been an important part of our success over many years.
