You've been working at HOGO for 16 years. What has motivated you all these years and made you stay loyal to the company for so long?<\/strong><\/p>

That's a simple answer! Someone who is not only my boss, but also my motivator - I look up to him a lot as a person: Stephan Holzleitner. I hope that he will need me for a long time to come.<\/em><\/p>

What changes has the company undergone over the years, and what has been the biggest development for you?<\/strong><\/p>

I work with people and learn something new every day. Although I come from a team sports background, have always dealt with people and communication has always been one of my strengths, I never saw it that way. But over the years, I've learned a lot and developed. There is always room for growth and my work gives me the opportunity to do so. I simply love what I do!<\/em><\/p>

What was the most memorable moment in your 16 years at HOGO?<\/strong><\/p>

That's a difficult question, because for me every moment is simply beautiful and unforgettable. I can't decide - I'm sorry, but I can't answer this question.<\/em><\/p>

How do you see the future of the company and what other plans do you have for HOGO?<\/strong><\/p>
