Consent

I hereby give my express consent for my personal data (first name, surname, e-mail address) to be used by all companies in the HOGO Group (see Privacy policy) are processed jointly. This is done in accordance with Article 26 of the GDPR for the purpose of preparing an offer, fulfilling an order, providing a service or transmitting relevant materials.

I have read and understood the privacy policy and agree to the data processing described therein. I can revoke my consent at any time by contacting HOGO Holding GmbH (Wallererstraße 49, 4600 Wels, office@hogo.cc)revoke my consent. I am aware that the revocation does not retroactively affect the legality of the data processing carried out up to that point.

Fees

The employee has no legal entitlement to the payment of a salary advance. Salary advances can be granted by the employer as a voluntary benefit. The employee cannot derive any rights for the future from the voluntary granting of salary advances. If the employer agrees to the monthly payment being paid on account as requested by the employee, the employee may incur fees:

1. the employee will not be charged any fees or expenses for the first advance (with the exception of fees or expenses for monetary transactions).

2. the transfer fee for an advance payment is € 0.25.

3. for each additional advance payment requested by the employee, the employer shall invoice the costs incurred.

4. in addition to the transfer fee of € 0.25, there is also a 41TP3 processing fee for the employer's expenses.
