The employee has no legal entitlement to the payment of a salary advance. Salary advances can be granted by the employer as a voluntary benefit. The employee cannot derive any rights for the future from the voluntary granting of salary advances.
If the employer agrees to the monthly payment being paid on account as requested by the employee, the employee may incur fees:
1. the employee will not be charged any fees or expenses for the first advance (with the exception of fees or expenses for monetary transactions).
2. the transfer fee for an advance payment is € 0.25.
3. for each additional advance payment requested by the employee, the employer shall invoice the costs incurred.
4. in addition to the transfer fee of € 0.25, there is also a 41TP3 processing fee for the employer's expenses.
