Job description

YOUR TASKS 
  • Carrying out the acceptance of goods
  • Quantity check and temperature measurement on receipt of goods
  • Correct recording and transfer of goods in the merchandise management system (incl. country of origin, etc.)
  • Confirmation of delivery bills and maintenance of the goods receipt calendar
  • Processing of transport orders and purchase orders
  • Checking and finalizing delivery bills
  • Labeling of returned goods
  • Takeover of various packages
  • Cleaning the hall and ensuring proper storage

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • First professional experience in a similar position an advantage
  • MS Office skills and experience in using ERP software (ideally SAP)
  • Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
  • Willingness to work in cooler temperatures (4-10 degrees)
  • Ability to work in a team and appreciative interaction with colleagues
  • Accurate, fast and independent way of working
  • Decision-making and communication skills
  • A sense of responsibility and a cross-divisional mindset
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Written and spoken German
  • Driving license B with own car

 

YOUR WORKING HOURS 

  • Start of work: 08:00, 09:00 or 10:00 a.m.
  • End of work: between 16:15 and 18:30 (depending on the start of work)
  • 5-day week with a flexible working time model: 1st week 4 days, 2nd week 6 days (Fridays off) 

 

The actual monthly salary depends on your qualifications and experience and we will determine this together with you. The minimum salary for this position according to the collective agreement is € 13.70 gross/hour plus statutory bonuses.
